LeadGL Academy builds the capability to take part, negotiate and lead in English across diverse business environments. Conventional business English training in Japan — eikaiwa and TOEIC prep — works on explicit knowledge of the language, and leaves untouched the mindset and behavior that real business demands beyond it.
The catalog covers all 14 courses across the Foundational, Mid-Level and Specialty modules, giving each one’s objective, learning outcomes, contents, standard structure and group size.
Every course runs on the same two-week cycle: workshop, then the work itself, then reflection, then 1-on-1 coaching. Each one stands alone, so you can take only what you need and combine a few into a shorter program.
