Years of English training, and still no change? You are not alone.

Memorized English is knowledge, not language. Knowledge fades.
English learned by using it for real stays for good.

LeadGL builds English people actually use — in business, and in the classroom.

About LeadGL

The LeadGL Method is not a theory I read about. It is what I did myself, and what people learning a second language in dozens of other countries do as a matter of course. It also holds up against the research on second language acquisition.

It makes English stick, because people use it on real work instead of studying it. Getting there takes a change in how you think, and enough practice to make it habit. That is what our workshops, real work and one-to-one sessions are all built to do.

Why companies choose LeadGL

Coaches who have done the job

Every coach has run real work in English, not just taught it. Our founder spent his career doing it as a research scientist at P&G, and has given guest lectures at the National University of Singapore.

English plus culture, because behavior is the point

Language alone does not change how someone shows up in a meeting. Working on English and cultural judgment together is what moves behavior — and it speeds up the language, too.

A method that holds up

Built on second language acquisition research and behavioral science, and tested on real teams. The result is English people can use under pressure.
